Meet the team

Chris is the owner of Pedantic Gibberish LLC and the only employee (for the moment). He enjoys the creative process of capturing information in a written format. His guiding principle is to approach new writing from the perspective of an inexperienced user whose only guide to perform a particular task is the job aid or manual.

He once extrapolated a job aid on how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and gained an appreciation for the true complexity of the sandwich-making process. For example, how do you document in a sandwich-makingjob aid which side of a slide of bread is the correct side to apply the peanut butter? Pedantic Gibberish indeed!
